We use World Pay to process card payments and can accept the following card types

All orders over £100 will receive free express delivery.
This means first class signed for delivery via Royal Mail to anywhere within the UK or EU.
We have a standard fixed rate of £4.95 for all parcels delivered within the UK, whether it is one item or several items.
Upon receipt of your payment we will dispatch your order. All orders received before 10pm will be dispatched the following day. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
All items are sent first class recorded or via a courier – both of which will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery time in the UK can take 2-4 days, although this is not guaranteed. Once it leaves our premises it is down to the carrier. Please allow at least one week for your parcel to arrive before contacting us about it.
Delivery within the European Union
We can only ship NCN skincare products to countries within the European Union. To be clear that includes the following countries Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom. Any attempt to make a purchase outside of these countries will fail at the checkout.
All our prices include VAT and you will have no further customs or duty payments to make. This may change in the future depending upon the outcome of UK Brexit Negotiations
Orders under £100 and for delivery to any country in the EU will be charged at £9.99. Estimated delivery is within 5 days. All orders over £100 will receive free Express delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the world
Shipping to every other country is charged at the international rate of £9.99. Orders over £150 will receive free delivery. Please not we cannot ship NCN products to America. If you are based in the US and wish to purchase NCN skincare, please visit ncnskincare.com

We believe that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we will always do our best to settle any concerns you may have and correct any errors where we may be at fault.
If you are unsure of which products may be suitable for your skin needs, please email us first where we can give you advice and guidance. Most of the products are for all skin types, however there may be customers with sensitive skin conditions that may not like all of the ingredients.
Any items you receive that are damaged or defective will be refunded. If you happen to receive an item/items in this condition, please contact us via email asap and at the very latest within 7 days of receiving the parcel. We will happily send out a replacement product asap, or refund you the amount minus the postage. You have the right to return any item unopened and unused product within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund via your original purchase method.
Please do not post products back to us without first contacting us via email and a solution being agreed. We will do our best to reach a conclusion where both parties are happy and satisfied. Once we are at this point then products may be returned and we will provide you with full return details.
