Loyalty Programme and Treat Points
treattheskinyourein.com run a loyalty scheme. Upon signing up for a customer account on the website you are agreeing to being automatically enrolled into the scheme and therefore bound by the appropriate terms and conditions detailed below. If you wish to be excluded from the programme you must notify us in writing by emailing email@example.com
Referral codes and offers
We may provide you with a referral code, which can be given to friends or family to use and will provide a discount off their first purchase. All voucher codes will be subject to a minimum spend of £30. For everyone that uses your code to make a purchase you will receive a £5 credit, provided in the form of 500 Treat Points to use on treattheskinyourein.com. We will assign Treat Points at the end of each month for the total that you may have accumulated during that calendar month.
You may link to our website from another site that you own so long as this is done in a fair and legal way and does not misrepresent our business.
Where Our Site has links to other sites, these links are for information purposes only. We have no control over those sites and no responsibility should the content change or be removed.
Buying products from us
Orders can only be accepted by completing the purchase process on Our Site. Treat The Skin You’re In do not sell to children under 18 years of age. By ordering products you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
All product prices include VAT. If you are buying from outside the UK then additional duties and taxes may be due which you are responsible for paying.
In order to purchase any products you must complete a successful payment through PayPal, using a valid PayPal login or using one of the valid payment methods that PayPal accept on our behalf – or by completing a card payment through the secure WorldPay site.
After placing an order through Our Site you will receive an email acknowledgement of your order. We will confirm dispatch of your order by email. A contact of sale is only agreed once we have sent this dispatch confirmation
We may decline to accept your order for reasons which may include but not limited to: Your payment being declined, products not being available or out of stock, where a pricing or product description error has occurred. If we refuse an order or cancel for any reason we will provide a full refund of any monies that have already been taken.
UK sales will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible using either Royal Mail or My Hermes couriers. You should allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us. For orders throughout the rest of the EU delivery will be Royal Mail or in special circumstances by courier and you should allow 15 working days for delivery. We cannot accept orders for NCN products outside of the EU
Your right to change your mind
You can cancel a contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the products. To cancel a contract you must inform us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately by registered post in the same condition in which it was received and at your own cost and risk. Please note we are not obliged to refund any postage costs for the return of Products when you cancel an order. If we do not receive the products back within 10 days of your cancellation you will be deemed to have accepted the Products and charged accordingly. All refunds will only be for the price that was paid and not the retail price if there is any difference.
You do not have any right to cancel the contract for supply of any products which have been unpackaged, tested or used in any way which makes it unsellable.
THE RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND AND ANY LIMITATION EXPRESSED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
If you need to return a product because of a defect, you will also be refunded your postage costs and the costs of sending it back to us,
If you are due a refund it will be processed on the day that we receive back your returned products subject to them meeting the refund requirements stated above. Refunds will only be made back to the original purchase method.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform any obligations or the delay in delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control.
